NSW Electricity Infrastructure Tender Round 6

Welcome to the NSW competitive tender process for Tender Round 6 conducted by AEMO Services Limited as the NSW Consumer Trustee.

This tender process is designed to select quality Projects capable of delivering electricity infrastructure that is in the long-term financial interests of NSW electricity customers.

There are two sequential steps to initiate your participation in Stage A of this tender round. The first step is to register your Project (through this Registration Form) and the second step is to complete a Project Bid.

Proponents who have created a SmartyFile organisation profile can set up multiple team members as users for their organisation with different access levels. This feature allows for collaboration with multiple team members on SmartyGrants submissions. Proponents who choose not to set up a SmartyFile organisation profile can work on the Registration Form using the same log-in details. However, at any given time, only one person can be working on the form in the system. In this instance, we recommend that Proponents download a PDF of the Registration Form in order to allow content to be developed in parallel. Please ensure that your team members regularly save their progress, in order to avoid losing any completed information.

The first step in the Tender Round 6 process is completing the Registration Form (this form).

The purpose of Registration is to provide indicative details of the Project for which the Proponent intends to submit a Project Bid, nominate entity details, and provide authorised contacts.

Once you complete the Registration Form, you will receive a submission number which must be included in the subject line of all future correspondence about your Bid.

All references to ‘you’ or ‘Proponent’ in this Registration Form refer to any person (who alone) or persons (who together, including Consortium Members), submit, or intend to submit, a Project Bid and/or Financial Value Bid, including any Bid Entity (as applicable).

Information provided by you as part of, or in connection with, this Registration Form will be dealt with by the Consumer Trustee in accordance with the Tender Guidelines, Tender Rules and the EII Act. The Tender Guidelines and Tender Rules are available to download on the AEMO Services website.

AEMO Services Limited (ABN 59 651 198 364) as the Consumer Trustee (AEMO Services) has taken care in the preparation of the information contained or referred to in this document but cannot guarantee its accuracy or completeness. By submitting this Registration Form, the Proponent confirms and agrees that it and its Associates (and, where relevant, the Bid Entity) are bound by the Tender Conditions.
